"My time with Coach Stackhouse has consisted of the most fun and improvement I have seen in the gym. She was great to always answer any questions I had, communicate effectively from afar, give me new and exciting training plans each week and cater to absolutely any need of mine as a student-athlete. Not only is she an outstanding coach, but an even better person. Julie went above and beyond anything I could have asked for and gave me the most kind and encouraging messages, especially during the toughest times. It was such an amazing gift to work with someone so special!"
"Having been runners our entire lives and having done a handful of half marathons, my sister and I always dreamt of running a full marathon. But we didn't know where to begin. We were so intimidated and it seemed impossible. Julie prepared a running schedule and workouts. She was always available for questions and provided all the motivation we needed to cross the finish line. She is one of the most encouraging coaches and truly cared about our goals!"
"I've always considered myself a capable runner and triathlete. Unfortunately through the years I've had a cycle of injuries which lead to long periods of time off and inconsistent training. From the start, I knew Julie was going to be a great coach for me. Within 6 months I ran a half marathon PR of over 5 minutes! I am now running injury-free and setting new PR's at every distance! Julie's approach to training is tailored to fit around my life, my goals and my personal running strengths and opportunities. Her enthusiasm and encouragement are great motivators while her personal attention and training expertise produces great results!"
“After many running injuries, I had decided to either quit running or hire a coach as a last ditch effort to stay in it. That was over three years ago, and Julie has me still running strong— and fast! Julie is the best injury-prevention coach you can find. Don’t give up. Go to Julie. As a busy mom with four kids, I needed a coach who could adapt to my style of texting my questions and screenshots of my paces, and allow me to perform my workouts on my own whenever I could fit them in. She even worked in the classes ay my local gym into my training plan. Julie made the benefit of having a private coach a reality for me.”
